Jetlag!

 Jetlag!  It seems to get worse as I age and travel. I feel normal today for the first time since I got back last Wednesday! So maybe it is true that it takes about 1 day per hour of time difference to fully recover.  It's nasty but it was worth it! I loved spending time with the daughters and the grands! 

Realizations??  A covid, 70 plus body needs to reform. Haha! 

My resolutions are to get more exercise, drink more (lots more) water, get lots of sleep, eat less sugar and after dinner - eat nothing until the following day! 

So 

-I've increased my walking, put air in the exercise ball and slowly stretching more. I believe in baby steps!

-I am trying to get more comfortable on the ball and stretching a lot.

-I am drinking lots of water.  Someone suggested putting some lime juice and a pinch of salt into the water.  I hope that helps!

-I still need to work on the sugar! haha!

-I am at 50% so far for not eating after dinner. I hope by writing about this that it will go better.  (I might need a new evening hobby!)

I did finally sleep very well last night!

This all comes at the same time as the snow all disapearing and the daffodils budding! 

I love SPRING!
