February musings
Funny how some months are more retrospective than others.
I currently have 2 empty rentals. They couldn't be more different from each other. One is a 1 bedroom, fenced in yard, cute front porch...the other is a 3 bedroom with no character.
One was left cleaner than any other has ever been ( not perfect but hey she was in there for 5 years) and the other was awfully dirty.
Both need work. I was so ambitious in January. I cleaned the dirty one. It's not done. I ran out of steam ...haha. That's funny because I used this neat steam cleaner that I have, to get all the cabinet doors clean. I washed walls everywhere. I won't have to paint much.
As much as I did accomplish, I did not get it all done. The list is fairly short but not getting shorter. I ask myself why not every day but get no answer.
I think I have run out of steam.
The good thing is, is that new tenants won't be moving in until April 1.
I have about 6 weeks to get the ambition and motivation back!
I should take some now and then photos, I think.
